The EQ Leadership Formula Coaching Programme is a one-day Workshop and Introduction to Emotional & Cultural Intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 Model, enables participants to explore and gain more insight into Emotional & Cultural Intelligence as a Leader and, includes all participants completing an EQ-i 2.0 Leadership assessment prior to them attending the one-day workshop.

The 1-day programme, 1:1 feedback and coaching will enable participants to build and hone their leadership skills as they explore their full emotional intelligence leadership profile, gain more insight about their potential areas for development during their 1:1 coaching.

• 1 x 1:1 - Feedback session on Personalised EQ Leadership report - (booked directly  with EQ Coach)

• 3 x 1.5 hours coaching sessions with their Emotional Intelligence Coach (booked directly with EQ Coach)
